Millersville is an unincorporated community in Anne Arundel County, Maryland. It was named after the first Postmaster, George Miller, in 1841. Today, Millersville remains a small village and a safe haven from the modern world, home to a population of some 21,000 residents.
Millersville is largely suburban, while the core of the historic village remains intact. The Child’s Residence is a historic Millersville site built in 1852, listed today on the National Register of Historic Places. Other Millersville attractions include the Historic Baldwin Hall and Elvaton Park, along with many great restaurants such as The Taphouse and Libations American Tavern. Kinder Farm Park is open year-round and offers nearly 300 acres of space for visitors to explore and enjoy.
